What will you be doing?

The primary role of the client service administrator role is to provide core financial management admin support to partners and directors as well as the wider teams.   .

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Collate and organise information for partners/directors to manage the financial management of their clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the partners and directors by organising and running regular meetings to agree necessary WIP management action.
  • To manage the actions and provide the necessary business support in meeting billing targets and WIP management.
  • To prepare and ensure correct and consistent invoicing of clients.
  • To be the point of contact for all billing queries and resolve internal fee issues timely and efficiently.
  • Maintain core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed in line with company policy and procedures
  • Prioritise workloads to ensure all activities are met in a timely manner.
  • Become the point of contact for staff for maintaining client records within our practice management system.
  • To provide training for new staff on how to use the practice management system.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good academic record including 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths, and min AAA)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Excel, Word, Adobe,
  • Experienced IT user with intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong numerical skills, able to demonstrate understanding of financial terms
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Team player, but with the ability to work and manage their own work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with senior members of the business in a confident and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for all record keeping and reporting.
