What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Training team. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering systems & process training to the Financial Services team.
The role is hybrid and so we would prefer the candidate would be close to one of our hubs. Ideally Birmingham, Bristol, Bracknell - or Glasgow and Edinburgh in Scotland.
As a Trainer, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering appropriate training to internal staff on both an individual and group basis.
- Working closely with business SMEs to define, develop, deliver, and support implementation of a training curriculum in line with business change requirements.
- Identifying & developing further training to enhance knowledge to support the embedding of change. Propose appropriate methods of training for each change to project teams and key stakeholders.
- Owning and coordinating the training plan for all required transformational change training including in house delivered and ‘off the shelf’ third party provided training.
- Working closely with the implementation managers to evaluate and assess the impact of change post go-live to ensure training has met its objectives.
- Highlighting potential risks and mitigate as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Experience in training delivery and content creation
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience within Financial Services industry – desirable
- Industry recognised training qualification
