What will you be doing?

To provide day to day secretarial and administrative support to the RRS Partners’ Secretary and wider Restructure and Recovery Services team, with an opportunity to develop their skill set.



As a Team Administrator, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Typing of general correspondence, reports, emails, to include drafting of own correspondence.
  • Preparing and collating all relevant documents required for meetings, producing reports/presentations, photocopying and distributing to relevant people.
  • Assisting with the Billing process for the team.Attending and assisting at some events/conferences organised by the Partners’ Secretary.
  • Cover for the Partners’ Secretary when they are away from the office.
  • Assisting with event and diary management
  • Assisting with the start-up procedures for new matters (including conflict checks).


To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Ideally educated to A Level standard
  • Experience of working in a client facing role would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • A background in insolvency/professional services would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Databases, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of using IPS would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in pressurised environment with the ability to prioritise work.
